To be the first “port of call” for SAP users in English-speaking CARICOM countries.

Our Mission

To promote CARISAP interests and cooperation with SAP for the purpose of upgrading and improving SAP software products, in particular:
Support and encourage exchange of information on SAP system implementation and the practical use of SAP products, increase influence on SAP's software development based on the requirements of CARISAP corporate members, influence SAP service functions, seek the diversification and improvement of SAP software functions and last but not least seek to improve information transfer among SAP users themselves.

Our Objectives

To be “Level 3 status” on the SAP User Group Maturity Model by AGM 2011, meanming we aim  to have:

A formal organization with dedicated staff, formal policies and procedures, a coverage of 25-50% of total installed base in the country affiliated with the group, formal programming available as a service to members, focused on education and networking.

To be internationally affiliated with the Americas SAP Users Group, ASUG

To have influenced the development of region-specific SAP enhancements & functionality in at least one area

To have at least two of our members contributing at international forums by 2011

To save each corporate member at least US$1000 annually in consulting and training fees/costs
